Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a MCA and Process Management Leader to drive Wealth’s Manager Controls Assessment program and control automation.

You will oversee end-to-end design, implementation, and execution of controls to manage operational and compliance risks, reporting to Wealth Control Head. You will lead Senior Managers, shape strategic objectives, and ensure robust control programs across Citi’s risk framework while maintaining controls effectiveness and transparency for

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions.
• Experience managing teams with broad accountability in a complex environment.
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking in risk and controls remediation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Senior Managers and oversee teams while setting strategic objectives.
• Drive MCA and Process Management execution per policy and framework.
• Design, implement, and automate control enhancements to reduce residual risk.
• Ensure residual risk management discipline and timely corrective actions.
• Oversee Wealth’s execution of common controls and reporting to stakeholders.
• Assess risk in business decisions with emphasis on Citi's reputation and compliance.
