Job summary

Citi in New Castle, Delaware, seeks a MCA Lead Analyst to design, implement, and oversee the MCA/RCSA framework for the US Consumer Cards Marketing Organization, with a focus on E-mail and Direct Mail campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in operational risk management, internal audit, compliance, or risk & control governance within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge in the design, testing, execution, and lifecycle management of internal controls and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational risk management support for Marketing Operations teams, focusing on E-mail and Direct Mail channels.
• Lead MCA/RCSA program activities and oversight.
• Coordinate annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly MCA attestation cycles with quality governance.
• Identify, assess, and remediate emerging operational risks and control deficiencies.
• Ensure MCA activities align with ORM Policy, Standards, and Procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and KRIs to report on control effectiveness.
• Maintain MCA control inventory and reporting dashboard.
• Drive transformation initiatives and best practices across units.
• Promote ethical risk assessment in decision-making and regulatory compliance.
