Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caregivers with short shift availability to provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients’ homes around Lynn, Medford and Malden. You will deliver companionship and daily living support to help clients stay independent.

Qualifications

• Availability in Lynn, Medford, Malden and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence in diverse client homes.
