Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in the United States is seeking a compassionate caregiver for short shift opportunities in local communities. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, companionship, and daily living support, with a focus on safety and dignity.

We offer competitive hourly pay up to $22 plus a $2 travel incentive for eligible assignments, weekly pay, paid orientation, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Flexible full- and part-time weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Availability in Lowell, Tewksbury, and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to client's home.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and encourage healthy routines.
• Be a friendly, steady presence and maintain professionalism.

Education

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and communicate?
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
