Modivcare in Lowell, MA is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) for short shift opportunities. You will provide one-on-one care, companionship, and help with daily living tasks in clients’ homes. Proficiency in Khmer is required, and you must be willing to take short hour cases and travel to patient locations.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, holiday pay, PTO+benefits, and a rewards program. Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts available with supportive team and career growth

Formación

• Ability to drive to client's home.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Respect client preferences while maintaining professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
