Job summary

Modivcare is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one care for clients in their homes across Lynn and surrounding areas. Short shift availability is a key focus, with assignments that require reliability and caring presence.

The role emphasizes English proficiency, reliable transportation, and MA HHA (or Personal Care Homemaker) certification where possible. Compensation includes up to $22/hr and a $2 travel incentive on eligible assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility support.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client homes and personalities; maintain professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
