Job summary

Modivcare is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) in Medford and Stoneham to provide one-on-one in-home support. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help clients maintain routines while traveling between homes.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in Medford or Stoneham.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Respect diverse client homes and personalities; be a friendly, steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
