Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking Cantonese or Mandarin speaking caregivers to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes across the Greater Boston area, including Brighton, Boston (Chinatown), Belmont, Brookline, Malden, and Lexington.

We offer flexible schedules with full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts, paid orientation, weekly pay, a caregiver rewards program, and comprehensive benefits to support you in delivering exceptional home care.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred.
• Availability in Brighton or nearby areas is required.
• Willingness to work short hour cases and travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and basic mobility.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be afriendly faceand a steady presence
