Care Finders, Inc. in Framingham, MA is hiring caregivers for short shift opportunities. You will provide one-on-one care and companionship in clients' homes, with immediate openings in the Framingham area.

Earn up to $22 per hour, plus extra money through our Caregiver Rewards Program. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English.
• Availability to work in Framingham.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to and from client's home; reliable transportation required.
• Cases offered: Home Health Aide (HHA); Homemaker.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Respect diverse client personalities and maintain professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
