Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in Peabody, Beverly, Danvers, and Gloucester. Immediate opportunities with day, evening, or overnight shifts are available.

English proficiency and a valid MA HHA or PCA certification are required. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, a caregiver rewards program, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), holiday pay, PTO plus benefits, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Valid MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification required.
• Availability in Peabody.
• Ability to work day, evening, or overnight shifts.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to/from client's home.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence in diverse client homes.
