Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Russian-speaking caregiver for in-home support in Salem, MA. Short shift availability is needed to cover flexible schedules in multiple local towns.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring safe home environments. A valid MA HHA or equivalent is preferred; reliable transport is required.

• Proficient in Russian
• Willingness to work short hour cases
• Reliable transportation
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility
• Maintain clean, safe, welcoming living spaces
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Be a friendly, steady presence in diverse client homes

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
