Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Cantonese or Mandarin-speaking caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care in the Boston area. This role offers opportunities across Brighton, Belmont, and surrounding communities, with dynamic shifts including full-time, part-time, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility
• Help with daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and safety issues as needed
• Respect client personalities and maintain professionalism
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escape safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
