Job summary

SAIC seeks a Systems Engineer (MBSE Systems Modeler) to support development, sustainment, and overhaul of shipboard radar systems. You will build comprehensive Systems Requirements Models using MBSE principles and Cameo, ensuring adherence to SETR processes and technical reviews.

Role is remote mostly, with monthly customer-site visits at Crane, requires US citizenship and ability to obtain Interim Secret and Secret clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Systems Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of MBSE or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on SysML with Cameo Systems Modeler required.
• Experience with SETR documentation and reviews.
• Strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Cameo Systems Models for shipboard radar systems.
• Create and maintain SysML models defining architecture, interfaces, behaviors, data flows.
• Produce SETR artifacts: SEMP, TEMP, IMP, RTVM, BDD.
• Collaborate with electrical/mechanical/other engineers and stakeholders.
