Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our SETC team in Cambridge, MA, supporting LTAMDS and GhostEye Radars. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product from concept to deployment.

You will develop requirements, perform MBSE with SysML, coordinate with Electrical and Software teams, and interface with customers and program stakeholders. The position is onsite at a customer facility in Cambridge, MA and involves design reviews across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.
• Experience with systems requirements, systems software, and systems hardware; experience with systems integration and/or systems test is a plus.
• Experience with DOORs, MBSE, and Cameo / MagicDraw.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, algorithms, concepts of operations, system trades, and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain SysML models linking requirements and design documentation.
• Interface with Electrical and Software teams to guide subsystem development and ensure requirements traceability.
• Frequent interface with customers and program stakeholders.
• Conduct and support technical peer reviews and provide guidance to team members.
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
