Qualifications

• BS degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM discipline with 4+ years of experience.
• Masters preferred with 4+ years of experience.
• MBSE methodologies and SysML-based tools experience.
• Experience with requirement structures and automated traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and behavioral capture of high-speed system architectures using SysML tools.
• Oversee requirements management and traceability with EARS-aligned paradigms.
• Develop parametric models in Python/MATLAB to quantify impacts of design alternatives.
• Facilitate multi-discipline requirements and architecture working groups.
• Conduct trade studies and prepare briefs and white papers for decision making.
• Develop VTL scripts in Cameo to automate contract deliverables and ICDs.
• Provide technical leadership within a matrix team.
