Qualifications

• BS degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM discipline with 4+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated MBSE methodologies and SysML tools experience (Cameo Systems Modeler or MagicDraw).
• Experience drafting, analyzing, and decomposing technical requirement structures (EARS or DOORS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of high-speed system architectures in SysML views.
• Manage traceability of requirements to verification artifacts.
• Develop and maintain parametric lifecycle models and quantify design impacts.
• Facilitate multi-discipline requirements and architecture working groups.
• Conduct trade studies and prepare technical decision briefs.
• Create VTL scripts in Cameo to automate documents.
• Provide technical leadership within a matrixed team.
