Job summary

TEKsystems in San Diego, CA is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the engineering effort and shape customer missions. You will design and develop complex systems and evolve them with advanced technology solutions, growing skills across familiar and new areas.

This permanent, hybrid role offers collaboration with government and industry partners, mentorship of team members, and the opportunity to apply interdisciplinary digital models from concept to product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with Model-Based Verification and Validation.
• Experience with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA).
• Knowledge of SysML and DoDAF.
• Ability to meet deliverables using agile workflows.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues; collaborate with government stakeholders.
