Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an on-site Contract role in Spring, TX for hands-on enterprise hardware troubleshooting, focusing on PCs, monitors, docks, USB-C/Thunderbolt, and display technologies. You will reproduce issues, perform testing, and isolate root causes while validating drivers, firmware, BIOS, and OS changes.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and solving hardware issues across PCs, displays, docks, USB-C/Thunderbolt, and multi-monitor setups.
• Ability to reproduce issues, perform A/B testing, and isolate variables to identify root cause.
• Experience validating graphics drivers, firmware, BIOS, OS changes, and hardware configurations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot enterprise hardware, displays, and docking solutions onsite.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and reproduce issues to determine fixes without unnecessary reboots.
• Validate hardware configurations and drivers, and investigate unfamiliar technical problems independently.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
