SciTec, a DoD-focused engineering firm in Boulder, CO, seeks an Associate / Staff Digital System Engineer (MBSE Focus) to develop digital models of operational concepts and system architectures using SysML for a MOSA-based data processing solution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a STEM field, familiarity with SysML, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM required.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance required.
• Experience with model-based systems engineering using SysML preferred.
• Familiarity with IEEE 15288 processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital models of operational concepts and stakeholder needs for MOSA architecture hosting high‑performance data processing apps.
• Model and analyze system requirements addressing stakeholder needs.
• Deliver digital modeling artifacts to support integration of hardware/software solutions.
• Document system architecture, requirements, verification status, and development roadmap.
