Job summary

SciTec, a subsidiary of Firefly Aerospace, is seeking an Associate/Staff Digital System Engineer (MBSE Focus) in Boulder, CO to develop digital models for MOSA-based data processing systems. You will work with customer representatives and SciTec staff to model concepts and analyze requirements.

The role requires a STEM degree, DoD clearance eligibility, and MBSE experience with SysML (Cameo preferred). We offer competitive compensation and strong benefits in support of national security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) with SysML.
• Familiarity with IEEE 15288 processes.
• Experience with Cameo and MBSE tool integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital models of operational concepts for MOSA architecture.
• Model and analyze system requirements addressing stakeholder needs.
• Deliver digital modeling artifacts to support development teams.
• Document architecture, requirements, verification status, and roadmap.
• Additional duties as assigned.
