Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an MBO Operations & Analytics Manager to own the digital MBO engine, including systems, data, and automation powering enterprise processes.

The role combines analytics, automation, and operations to deliver validated data, scoring, and dashboards for SEA leadership. You will collaborate with business owners across lines of business, develop real-time dashboards, and expand self-service reporting while exploring AI-enabled improvements and ensuring

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, systems administration, FP&A, or performance roles.
• Experience with data integration, validation, and dashboards.
• Experience building AI-assisted tools for internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated validation of MBO data submissions.
• Own data integration across source systems and downstream scorecards.
• Develop and maintain the scoring engine and real-time dashboards for leadership.
• Expand self-service reporting for executives and business owners.
• Evaluate AI-enabled approaches to improve MBO administration efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day MBO system setup and maintenance.
• Support quarterly/semi-annual evaluation cycles with timely submissions.
• Troubleshoot user issues and reduce recurring requests via tooling.
