Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a high-impact Manager of Business Analytics for the Digital Appliances organization. You will own executive-level reporting, drive the analytics roadmap, and partner with sales, marketing, and operations to translate data into strategic actions.

You will lead data governance, automation initiatives, and cross-functional analytics programs, delivering timely insights to senior leadership while guiding teams across multiple data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of relevant analytics or data science experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms and data cubes (SAP, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Proven track record delivering executive-level reporting and insights.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication; able to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter who operates effectively in ambiguous environments and drives outcomes independently.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics roadmap for the DA organization, aligning priorities with business objectives and executive stakeholder needs.
• Own design, development, and maintenance of senior leadership dashboards and reports; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strategic relevance.
• Sell-through & sell-in data analysis; translate insights into actionable recommendations for sales teams.
• Lead modernization of data workflows, eliminating manual processes and enabling scalable automation.
• Serve as analytics lead for cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
• Prioritize and execute complex ad hoc analytical requests and special projects; maintain quality under tight timelines.
• Establish data quality, documentation, and model-level reporting standards across data sets and platforms.
• Oversee the team's use of reporting platforms (SAP, BI, Tableau) and manage relationships with data providers.
