Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to lead data infrastructure, analytics, and quota-setting for the SEA B2B Display Division. You will own the data cube, Alteryx ETL workflows, Tableau reporting, and master data mapping, driving bi-annual quota-setting and governance.

The role combines strong technical execution with business acumen, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to optimize sales performance and reporting reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience owning data infrastructure and reporting systems in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with enterprise-scale quota setting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end bi-annual quota-setting process for the full sales organization.
• Validate historical sales data, headcount rosters, and targets to build quota model inputs.
• Manage B2B Display sales data cube and ETL workflows and ensure accuracy.
• Administer Tableau dashboards and BI reporting; ensure data connections refresh.
• Maintain mapping tables for headcount and product mappings; ensure data consistency.
• Lead data governance initiatives and drive process improvements across the Data & Infrastructure team.
