Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano, Texas is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead the Digital MBO Engine & Automation and MBO Operations.

You will build automated data validation, integrate source systems, and develop scoring engines and real-time dashboards for leaders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business Analytics and 6+ years in analytics or FP&A, with hands-on experience in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Varicent, and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years in business/data analytics, systems administration, FP&A, or operations roles.
• Experience with data integration, validation, and dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated validation of MBO data submissions.
• Own data integration across source systems (e.g., Varicent) and downstream scorecards.
• Develop and maintain the scoring engine used to calculate MBO results, and build dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Expand self-service capabilities for executives to access standard reports and status updates.
• Evaluate, prototype, and implement AI-enabled approaches to drive MBO efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day MBO system setup and maintenance, including scorecard configuration.
• Support quarterly/semi-annual evaluation cycles with timely submissions and collaboration with LOBs.
• Resolve user and admin issues with tooling improvements to reduce recurring requests.
