Job summary

WilsonHR is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for Early and Emerging Talent focused on MBA programs in the Boston area. You will manage the end-to-end staffing process, build a strong candidate bench, and advise clients on recruitment strategy to maximize submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

The role requires expertise in market research, passive sourcing, and strong communication with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform full lifecycle recruiting across MBA programs.
• Strong market research skills and bench management experience.
• Excellent communication with clients and candidates, with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including screening and interviews.
• Build a network of candidates through research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships to meet submit/hire goals.
