You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hires, delivering a superior candidate experience.

You will build a strong network through market research, maintain bench, and meet weekly submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer targets while partnering with hiring

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong market research and passive sourcing demonstrated.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

• Oversee the selection process from sourcing to interview to offer.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and address objections during hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update reports and ATS data and related admin tasks.
