Wilson HR in the United States seeks a Recruitment Consultant focused on Early and Emerging Talent MBA programs to join a collaborative team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining sourcing, screening, interviewing, and market intelligence to deliver top MBA graduates for critical roles.

You will build networks, manage bench, and work with hiring managers on selections and compensation while maintaining a superior candidate experience. Onsite in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with market intelligence, passive sourcing, and closing candidates.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate identification, phone screens, interviews, and feedback collection.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and compensation, focusing on client value.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update reports and ATS data; handle related administrative duties.
