Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least three to five years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of FERPA and academic culture; ability to work with diverse student populations and colleagues.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritize tasks; strong collaboration across administrative units.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational, logistical, and administrative functions for the MBA program student experience.
• Provide academic advising and coaching to MBA program students.
• Champion student success orientation across the program, assess needs, and support success at individual and group levels.
• Develop and coordinate orientation and transition programming, and co-curricular events, liaising with stakeholders.
• Identify and support students in distress; manage student-facing communications and engagement opportunities.
