Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of experience in a student advising or other student services function.
Advanced organizational and project management skills with strong written and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, advise, and coordinate student programs to support well-being, engagement, and success throughout the MMS lifecycle.
Communicate with students, faculty, and University offices to ensure timely information and effective engagement.
Plan and execute student events, orientation activities, leadership programming, and alumni connections.
Collaborate with Duke offices and Career Management Center to support MMS initiatives and alumni involvement.
