The role focuses on advising MBA students and online learners, improving retention, and supporting time-to-degree objectives for the MBA program and affiliated certificates.

The advisor will manage online and on-campus caseloads, support recruitment activities, and coordinate study abroad programming and MBA 745 planning in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution with experience in student success initiatives in a higher education setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations in a higher education setting.
• Experience in academic advising or related services to support student success and retention.

Responsibilities

• Advise a graduate student workload including on-campus and online students.
• Meet with prospective AMP and Dual Registration students.
• Plan study abroad programming and MBA 745 course planning.
• Present at recruiting events and engage students early in recruitment.
• Maintain MBA advising resources webpage and Canvas onboarding.
