Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution and experience contributing to student success initiatives in a higher education setting.
• Proven experience working with diverse populations in a higher education setting.
• Experience in academic advising or developing services/initiatives to support student success and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage advising caseload reflective of current MBA enrollments.
• Coordinate online student engagement and professional development programming.
• Participate in recruitment activities and advise prospective students in Accelerated Masters and Dual Registration tracks.
• Serve as chapter advisor for Beta Gamma Sigma and Spartan Women in Business.
• Support Graduate Programs Office operations and assist with events and orientation.
