The role emphasizes AI-enabled decision making and collaboration with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Portfolio teams to enable rapid growth and operational excellence. The position is onsite at the Dallas headquarters with a strong emphasis on data-driven storytelling,

Qualifications

• Will graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 from a full time MBA program.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to solve real business problems.
• Approximately 2+ years of relevant full time experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insights ability.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and prioritizes initiatives effectively.
• Builds relationships across diverse teams and influences outcomes.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level priorities into actionable projects and plans.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs with aligned milestones and outcomes.
• Design scalable processes, operating models, and org structures.
• Analyze data, develop business cases, and present to executives.
• Identify risks and create proactive mitigation plans.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation for productivity.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, People & Culture, and portfolio teams.
