Job summary

Momentum is seeking a dynamic Associate Strategy & Operations Analyst for its Dallas Launch Program, joining a cross-functional Strategy & Operations team to support ambitious, data-driven initiatives. This onsite role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world impact across portfolio companies.

The program prioritizes AI-enabled automation, process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive efficiency and strategic outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, MIS, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Has hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate real work and has a demonstrated habit of reaching for AI first and staying current as the space evolves.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to fast-paced, high-impact business environments.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, detail-oriented skills, with the ability to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and adapting to the dynamic needs of multiple portfolio companies.
• Analyze datasets to guide business case creation and deliver recommendations to stakeholders.
• Evaluate workflow inefficiencies and help create operational frameworks to optimize internal procedures.
• Monitor and communicate essential project milestones while ensuring adherence to risk mitigation policies.
• Support initiative workshops by helping build slide decks, and reliably distributing agendas and post-meeting summaries.
• Assist in building internal knowledge, AI-powered tools, and automation workflows that enhance the company’s capabilities.
• Continuously seek ways to leverage AI and automation to innovate processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiency gains.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the portfolio to ensure project alignment with business objectives and strategy.
• Craft clear and concise communications to stakeholders of different work and communication styles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working cross-functionally to drive project success and process improvement.
• Support the design, planning, and execution of strategic projects, ensuring all deliverables align with stakeholders.
• Attend training sessions to contribute to your professional growth and development.
