Job summary

Machinify seeks a Director, Business Operations & Strategy to turn executive strategy into finished materials and closed action loops. You will write analyses, construct slides, and drive open items to closure, partnering with CEO and Chief Transformation Officer.

This is a build role with AI-enabled productivity and direct exposure to leadership. You will own Board decks, sponsor updates, and investor presentations, ensuring source material is solid and ready for the room.

Qualifications

Seven to twelve years of professional experience, including at least three years in management consulting, investment banking, or an equivalent corporate strategy function.

Responsibilities

Build decision memos that lay out options with rationale, name risks with owners and target close dates.
Run market, competitor, and client analysis to support go-to-market, pricing, and product prioritization decisions.
Partner with Finance on value capture quantification and EBITDA bridge inputs; you build the analysis and narrative.
Take on problems with no natural owner, structure them, and drive to a recommendation.
Own the build of Board decks and weekly sponsor updates from inputs to finished materials.
