Job summary

NewsBreak is hiring an HR internship within its General Management Rotation Program (MRP). This role targets MBA-level candidates with at least 3 years of business experience, offering hands-on exposure to core HR functions and executive mentorship.

You will work with a Sr. HR Executive Sponsor, participate in multiple HR rotations, and complete assignments driving key HR objectives and personal development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 impactful assignments aligned with a HR objective.
• MBA graduating in 2026 or 2027.
• Prior business experience (e.g., investment banking, strategy, HR consulting).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions and executive mentorship.
• 2 impactful assignments aligned with HR objectives & personal development.
• Support senior HR leadership across rotation topics.
