Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim’s MBA Rotation Program (MRP) Manager accelerates early development through rotations within the Human Pharma Commercial function. Expect roughly 6-month rotations over 2–3 years, possibly domestic or international.

Independent work style with global exposure and comprehensive benefits. Requires a graduate degree (MBA or Master’s preferred) and at least 3 years of business experience; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of three years business experience; rotation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and databases.
• Foreign language (German) a plus but not required.
• Must be mobile and able to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of project assignments to demonstrate learning.
