Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim US invites applications for the MBA Rotation Program (MRP) Manager to accelerate early development through multiple rotational assignments within the Human Pharma Commercial function, over two to three years, with domestic or international rotations and executive sponsorship.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, 3+ years of business experience, strong communication and project leadership, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Graduate degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
3+ years business experience; rotation experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across functions.
Experience leading projects (Project management).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and database applications.
Foreign language skills (German) a plus.
Must be mobile and willing to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop a portfolio of project assignments to demonstrate learning and guide future rotations.
Partner with leadership to identify business needs and propose solutions.
Organize projects and activities; prioritize by market impact or value.
Comply with all regulations and company policies.
Report violations to management.
