Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an MBA Rotation Program (MRP) Manager to accelerate early development through multiple rotations within a business function. Rotations are about six months each over two to three years, potentially domestic or international, sponsored by a BI executive.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited institution required, MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years business experience; past experience in area of rotation preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate efforts across functions.
• Experience leading projects (Project Management Skills) with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.
