You will work closely with HLS Sales and Solution Engineering to understand client workflows and value drivers.

You will build data-driven value models for AI use cases, such as patient access and care coordination, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and stakeholder alignment throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in value consulting or management consulting roles.
• Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and recommendations.
• Ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support MBAs in explaining how Salesforce AI solutions create business value for Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.
• Collaborate with HLS Sales and Solution Engineering to map customer workflows and value drivers.
• Develop quantified value models for AI use cases and patient/member experience improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA in business cases.
