Job summary

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business seeks an Operations Manager for MBA Admissions to oversee the full lifecycle of applications for FT, PT, and PT Online programs. You will direct a small team, ensure data integrity in submissions, and drive process improvements for a smooth applicant experience.

You’ll field inquiries by phone and email while engaging prospective students at recruitment events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills and capable writer who communicates well with applicants, students, faculty, staff, and vendors.
Experience with Salesforce or similar database preferred.
Experience in higher education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage logistics of the application process including data compilation, credential evaluation, and document preparation.
Resolve admissions systems issues related to application processing, including Salesforce troubleshooting.
Hire, train, and supervise operations student workers.
Audit application files to maintain data integrity and adhere to timelines.
Respond to applicant inquiries via phone and email and track issues to resolution.
Represent MBA Admissions at local and domestic recruitment events.
