Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate or university settings.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and team orientation.
• Must work with prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required or highly desirable.
• Experience in higher education admissions, marketing and events is desirable.
• Comfort with Excel and data analysis is a plus.
• Exposure to marketing tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via email, phone, and in-person with prospective MS in Management students.
• Cultivate and manage the recruitment pipeline for the MS in Management program.
• Plan and host recruitment events (on/off campus); travel for recruiting as needed.
• Update manuals and assist in operational tasks with student data reporting and scheduling tools.
