Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business seeks an Operations Manager for MBA Admissions. You will oversee the full-cycle application process for multiple MBA programs, coordinate a four-student worker team, and ensure data integrity while optimizing processes for applicant experience.

You will assist applicants via phone/email, represent the admissions team at events, and collaborate with the Operations Team on special projects. Strong written and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a capable writer
• Comfortable with technology and MS Office; ability to learn new systems
• Experience with Salesforce or similar database (preferred)
• Experience in higher education (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Manage the logistics of the application process including data compilation, credential evaluation, and document preparation
• Resolve admissions systems issues, especially related to application processing in Salesforce
• Hire, train, and supervise operations student workers
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy of admissions by auditing files and meeting timelines
• Respond to applicant inquiries via phone and email regarding operations and processing
