Georgetown University is seeking an Assistant Director of Recruitment for Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions in the McDonough School of Business. The role focuses on recruiting and enrolling students for the Master of Science in Management, managing outreach, events, and admissions processes.

The position involves coordinating with the Director and Deans, handling communications with prospects and partners, and supporting data-driven admissions operations across programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate or university setting.
• Extremely strong interpersonal abilities and team orientation.
• Ability to work with prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Recruit outreach for the Master of Science in Management program.
• Answer emails, calls, and walk-in inquiries for graduate and executive programs.
• Develop and manage recruiting pipeline and follow-up with prospects.
• Plan on- and off-campus information sessions and recruitment events.
• Support admissions operations across graduate and executive programs, including policies and data systems.
