Job summary

The University of Maryland, College Park, seeks a TEAM-ORIENTED coordinator to support Executive and Associate Directors with event execution and applicant engagement. You will handle group events, one-to-one interactions, and ongoing communications with students and alumni ambassadors.

Responsibilities include CRM/interface management, collaboration with Student Services, Career Services, Alumni Relations and Marketing, plus gathering competitive insights to inform outreach.

• Maintains active engagement with applicants and admitted pools; handles ongoing communications with student and alumni ambassadors.
• Interfaces with CRM and application databases.
• Collaborates with Student Services, Career Services, Alumni Relations and Marketing and Communications.
• Gathering and assessing competitive intelligence.
