Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to support onboarding and skill development on the production floor. You will assist in preparing daily activities for new hires, train them on the line, and help with New Hire Orientation.

You will partner with plant leadership and HR staff to meet training and staffing needs, ensure safety objectives, and participate in inventory and outreach events. Some overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Help Trainer prepare daily activities for new hires.
• Help train new hires on the production floor training line and throughout the facility.
• Act as back-up for New Hire Orientation (NEO) facilitator.
• Responsible for security, cleanliness, and 6S organization of training area(s) and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Lead new employees to ensure skills development and safety objectives are achieved.
• Motivate new employees to perform their best and familiarize them with MasterBrand practices, organizational culture, processes, and policies.
• Effectively partner with plant leadership and other HR staff to anticipate and respond to training and staffing needs.
• Assist with hiring events and employee engagement activities.
• Participates in physical inventory.
• Occasionally work overtime and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
