Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Jackson, GA is seeking a full-time Trainer to support onboarding and continuous improvement on the production floor. You will help prepare daily activities, train new hires on the line and sustain 6S practices, with responsibility for security, cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

The role partners with plant leadership and HR to forecast training needs, assist with hiring events, and engage employees to meet safety and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate new employees toward skill development and safety.
• Partner with plant leadership and HR to anticipate training needs.
• Assist with hiring events and employee engagement activities.
