Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Carlisle, PA is seeking a loading associate. You will load cabinets, panels, and accessories into trailers according to shipping schedules, operate loading equipment and scanners, and verify shipments for accuracy.

You will stack products safely, handle out-of-sequence items, report discrepancies, and perform daily equipment inspections. You will collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet shipping goals.

• Report missing items, discrepancies, and equipment issues; support OOS handling.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.

What You'll Do

• Load cabinets, panels, and accessories into trailers according to shipping schedules and stop numbers.
• Operate loading equipment, conveyors, and handheld scanners.
• Verify shipment accuracy through scanning and stop verification processes.
• Stack products according to established loading and safety guidelines.
• Process out-of-sequence (OOS) products and assist with shipment accuracy.
• Identify and report missing items, load discrepancies, or equipment issues.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members, Team Leads, and Supervisors to meet shipping goals.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to safely lift and move cabinets and materials throughout the shift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to perform team lifts when required.
• Ability to work inside trailers and warehouse environments.
