Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Training Support role to assist the Trainer with daily new hire activities on the production floor. You will help orient and onboard new employees, maintain cleanliness and 6S in training areas, and ensure accurate inventory. You will collaborate with plant leadership and HR to meet staffing needs and support engagement efforts.

You will participate in hiring events, support safety objectives, and occasionally work overtime to cover weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help Trainer prepare daily activities for new hires.
• Help train new hires on the production floor training line and throughout the facility.
• Act as back-up for New Hire Orientation (NEO) facilitator.
• Responsible for security, cleanliness, and 6S organization of training area(s) and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Lead new employees to ensure skills development and safety objectives are achieved.
• Motivate new employees to perform their best and familiarize them with MasterBrand practices, organizational culture, processes, and policies.
• Effectively partner with plant leadership and other HR staff to anticipate and respond to training and staffing needs.
• Assist with hiring events and employee engagement activities.
• Participates in physical inventory.
• Occasionally work overtime and weekends.
