Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Manufacturing Associate to lead and support a team on the shop floor. You will coach colleagues, perform repairs, and assist with cross-training and shift-end cleanup to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have prior team experience, basic math skills, and proficiency with common computer applications. The role requires multitasking, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team required.
• Basic math skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division) required.
• Experience with basic computer applications required (email, Word, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups preferred.
• Able to multi-task and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S.
• Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis.
• Complete repairs as they arise.
• Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc.
• Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotation.
• Conduct periodic supply checks.
• Retrieve parts for the department as needed.
• Assist Team Lead with answering and problem solving as needed.
• Oversee and Assist with end of shift clean-up process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $23.75-29.14 *Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
