Jerry Seiner Las Vegas is seeking a Mazda Sales Consultant to join our full-time team in Las Vegas. In this role you will guide customers from discovery to delivery, delivering an exceptional, personalized car-buying experience.

You will work with a motivated team on-site, learn proven sales techniques, and participate in a new mentor/mentee program that includes coaching and structured development. Competitive pay and benefits accompany your growth.

This onsite role puts you in the center of a fast-paced, customer-focused showroom representing the innovative Mazda brand.

Earn $48,000-$120,000+ annually, with unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

New Sales Mentor/Mentee Program

New to automotive sales? We've got you covered!

Our Sales Mentor/Mentee Program is designed to help new sales consultants build confidence, learn proven sales techniques, and succeed from day one. You'll work alongside an experienced sales mentor who will coach you through every step of the sales process.

To help you get started, new participants in the Mentor/Mentee Program receive a guaranteed $3,500 per month for their first three months while they learn the business and develop their sales skills.
